We use your data exclusively for the purpose of information sent to you by friendly-energy e.U. by email, telephone and letter. All customer data are stored and processed by us under observance of the relevant requirements of the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG). You have the right at any time to obtain information about your stored data free of charge, and to correct, block and delete such data.

We will not pass on your personal data, including your home address and your email address, to any third parties without your express approval, which can be revoked at any time, with the exception of our service provider partners who need data sent to them for processing purposes (e.g. the dispatch company responsible for delivery, and the credit institution responsible for processing payments). However, in such cases the extent of the data transmitted is limited to the necessary minimum. We put technical and organisational security measures in place in order to protect your data which is managed by us against any accidental or intentional manipulation, loss or destruction, and against access by unauthorised persons.
